Huyton isn't that far away and was big budget too. Still a bit far for me to go on a whim. If this is built with RC and Huton the NW has more than it's fair share of big parks.
Then again the local sports hall and astro turf at my local school cost £4m, just had a google and the one at lancaster uni was £20m...
