Venice Beach thrash / crossover

Postby RichD » Tue Oct 23, 2012 8:51 pm

Anyone here a fan of any of the mid-80's / early 90's thrash / crossover bands from the Venice Beach area?

Suicidal Tendencies are the ones that 'made it' and who a lot of folks have heard of, but there were some other amazing bands who were part of the same scene: Excel, No Mercy, Beowulf, Uncle Slam, and Neighborhood Watch to name just a few.

Definitely worth checking out if you want to listen to some old-school skate punk / metal / crossover !
