Re: Slipped Disc

Recovery varies my current treatment is rest Dichlofenac anti inflammatory and valium used to relax muscles as opposed to as a tranquilizer. The annoying thing is that i have been doing yoga exercises for my back for the last year and its been getting much stronger (its been dodgy for a few years) then it just went when i bent down to pick something up gutted.
