What's more, grabs are a nightmare, I don't even try them. I'm 42.

Anyone else?

I had a "more skating than normal" session on Saturday, and getting out of bed on Sunday was physically very difficult. I did try a lot of early grabs, so maybe that was the reason. Later in the day I went out for a 5 - 6 mile walk - that fixed my legs, they were fine after that (or maybe it was the Pizza and Cider 1/2 way though the walk).

Same problem after figuring I'd learn how to ollie (for my 50th bday).

Pretty sure I didn't tear anything, but damned if I can't lift my leg to put my shoes or socks on.

Note to self: Next time I'm having too much fun learning something new, STOP.
You'd think I'd have learned the lesson of 'Overuse Injuries'.

Finally able to lift my knee a couple days ago. wOOt!

HAHA! Made me laugh too.

I had 'leg lift' issues after spending too long trying to kickflip a couple of times last year.

Ollies destroy my knees , I've had to quit doing them , beside which I'm crap at them anyway , footprint game changer insoles help a great deal but I can't wear them on transition , they take all the feel out
