Back problems

Postby Mark_81 » Fri Jul 13, 2018 6:03 pm

Had a week off the board, just generally feeling tired - legs aching all the time & now a Lower back strain of some sort. Anyway got the foam roller out & started to self medicate..... should be good for a roll this weekend feeling loads better. I guess it’s good to have rest & time away from the board now & again.

Happy shredding!

The thing I find that helps my lower back problem is sleeping on the floor. No mattress for me, camping map on the floor, and sleeping primarily on my back. Takes a while to get used to, but I get a much better sleep, and more refreshed/less back pain when I wake up.
