Went to the hospital yesterday for my Echocardigram, heart looks okay, no evidence of heart disease of any damage. Also had my Exercise Treadmill Test wired up to an ECG, bloody hard work but got the okay on that too. So good news all round, they told me it's just a matter of waiting now for the virus to work it's way out of my system and getting fit again. I'm waiting for my manager to come round today to have a chat with me.
I have put my name down for the Skaterham session on the 30th, as I've got to bite the bullet sometime and get back into it

Did they mention your hair?

Day 56

Eight weeks today. Back to work tomorrow :( . What's the betting the parcel I've been waiting to arrive for 2 weeks will turn up tomorrow then?

Off to work in an office in Aldershot, doubt I'll be able to lurk on here all day anymore :( .

Good news though my car passed it's M.o.T today :D

After 5 years of working out and about I was stuck in an office all day. No "we tried to deliver" note either. :(
