Hi From Ayr Scotland

Postby Ciaran B » Fri Nov 17, 2017 11:15 pm

Hi everyone

Just posting to see if there’s any other MASers in my area ,
A little bit about myself , I’m quite young to be in here (27) but I’m definitely the oldest skater I’ve seen at my local park ( Shred indoor park)

Skated for 10 years and then stopped , but after getting recently married , I was wave boarding in Mexico and decided to get back on the deck , what I realised is boards have gotten a lot bigger , I set up a new Jart 8.25 , Ace trucks , enuff wheels and reds bearings , thing feels good , finally getting the feeling back , as soon as I get home from work I’ll be right back at it

Thanks

Ciaran

Hello! I'm a Glasgow native but no longer resident.

There have been some Glasgow folk on here in the past - I think Monday nights at the park in Renfrew were something of an established old timers night (although maybe not the now, with the nights fair drawing in :D )

Ciaran, there may be people in your area but the forum isn't as active as it used to be. It might be a while till you get a reply. If you are on Facebook try the Middle Aged Shred Facebook page.

Welcome by the way.
