Who is it and what is the name of grabbing the board from that direction ?

Yep Stalefish grab, back hand grabbing the heel side of the board behind the back leg.

Is that the kid with the big bottom?
(actually, saw him skate Friday and he was ripping the whole park to pieces.)

judging by the quality of the skating going on in the b group this year, some of those guys will no doubt be filling out the a group next year.
