Protec recaps

I ordered a set of Protec recaps and after 10 days they (a dealer that shall not be named) sent me an e-mail apologising for the inconvenience(s) that:

1) Not only they don't have them in stock (I fucking hate when a website says 'available' and only after you place an order they take 10 fucking days to tell you they're actually not...)
2) They can't get hold of them anymore... (Is Protec refusing to produce recaps? I find it really hard to believe...)

So, to cut a long story short... Does anybody knows where can I get Protec (I don't swallow the story that they can't be ordered) recaps? Alternatively, does anybody knows where can I get Smith or Boneless recaps at non-piss-take price?

I have a set of TSG force one's , have never seen any caps available for these, only one's listed are for version II or III, they are quite rare to find online also.
