Such a damn shame

Some music I associate with skating, Husker Du is always on my mental mixtapes

Fucking A. This was a real bummer, his songs were a massive part of my teenage years- almost all my fave hd songs were his.

Sad, sad, sad. Husker Du soundtracked much of my 'challenging' youth. Zen Arcade pretty much soundtracked a two year period of my life.

Pink has turned to blue

It's a bummer. Grant was the best songwriter in Husker Du.

Real shame. Husker Du are one of my all-time favourite bands, managed to see them play live in 1987. 'Last Days of Pompeii' by his post-Huskers band Nova Mob is a really under-rated album that deserved wider recognition.

I have a proper soft spot for this Nova Mob track. Soundtracked many a happy memory

Just listened to The Last Days of Pompeii after exhausting my Husker Du collection.
