Indeed. Held out to 1:30 in the end. Feeling it now. Great session.

Actually I'll have to give this one a miss. Back & knees still aching a bit after Sunday so I'd rather not make it worse with a mid-week skate. :%

Yeah I'm away this weekend as well so that's why I'd like to get a skate in. Plus it isn't really summer without evening skate sessions at Harrow! ~..

I might make it. Haven't skated for several weeks due to an Achilles injury. It's feeling a bit better so I might give it a test.

Hi guys would love to but got a lot on at the minute so no free time to skate :(

my mum has moved so I'm doing the usual things putting up shelves, bathroom cabinets ( I fitted the carpet with my GF's Dad a few weeks back).

After which I shall be tarting up my own flat and getting on the market asap.

The old mans nights are more suitable for me at the moment so I shall try and attend those.

Have a good skate tonight though. I'm most jealous

p.s glad to see you are giving it a go ben perhaps less street and more pool action! :D

From the sound of things Tony, Phil & me are all recovering from different injuries so likely we will just stick to gentle rolling & much chatting, it's all good 8)

Well hopefully the cold weather will put the scooters off.

I'm knocking off work at five so should be there at sixish if people are still rolling, prob only for 90 mins tho.

A heavy downpour late afternoon soaked the place and stopped any skating :| so I took a few photos and we went to the nearest pub for a pint :)

LostNotFound not skating the mini ramp:

This made me chuckle on the way in:

Ha ha nice!

You can always count on some Harrow graffiti to brighten up your day.

Remember the " I love Ketamine" statement on the mini last year?

Also the nice artisit drawing of a scooter with the board of the scooter filled in with "Fuck off"

Hopefully will catch up soon

I don't think there's much in the way of Lighting. When they did the Harroween night there it looks as if the organisers brought their own in for that event. I was there on Saturday (didn't skate as it was too wet) but didn't notice any poles or floodlighting that had been installed in the 11 years since I last went!

there actually are some flood lights and they do actually turn them on!

However they seem to turn off again at random times. I think they are on a timer switch and more often or not they come on too early and therefore go off too soon.

when the floodlights are on the mini is reasonable well lit and so is the pool. other area remain dark though . Especially the bollox!

Popped to Harrow last night for an hour.
The crete feels smoother than ROM after skating that last.

The mini is in a bit of a sorry state. Still skate able but the coping moves on one side and it looks like some little shit has been gouging out the ply with a chisel.
It's really bumpy now :(

Had a great skate. Rode everything bar the peanut as some cunt had smashed a vodka bottle in the bottom.

I also had to move a dumped child's bike out the pool to skate it.
It seem like they aren't quite cleaning the park every day like they were.

Also it was dead about 6 people there on a sunny Thursday evening from 7-8 pm in school holidays . I couldn't believe it.

I went up there Saturday. 10 am and there was me a friend and one kid on a BMX. Just a few plastic bottles and a basketball in the pool.

I also noticed the the coping is bouncing around on one side of the mini ramp. I'll get on to the council and see if we can get that fixed.

Actually the ramp surface wasn't bad and although it's weathered it rode ok with 56mm wheels.
