Think the boys are planning to be there Thursday, not sure of my plans at the moment so don't know if it will be early or late for me! Lights are on til 9.35 now although its still getting damp if the dew point is reached on one side of the park.

Far too sensible Mr Leck-meister........... All the Bristol skaters posting up on the same thread.

Cool, will keep any eye open on this one.

Tony I've never been there and Lecky no I'm not sure where it is. Surferscoob is our man on the inside so hopefully he can give us some more info. I'm guessing though we need to be there by 6:30 ish to avoid the dew settling later on.

Re: Bristol Sk8er Thread

Quite easy to find the park, take the A4 from Chippenham to Corsham at the McDonalds roundabout. Straight accross the traffic lights by the Cross Keys. Turn Left at the Hare and Hounds roundabout, then right at the mini roundabout. Take the first left, follow road until the tight left hander and turn right, go round to the back of the car park and skate park is a shiny beacon for weary skaters on the left :D

6.00 to 6.30 is probably best although some nights it can be okay right til lights out. Will try to get up for a quick early session but got to fly around 7.00

I think the rain is coming from my direction (Swindon) - sunny here now and starting to dry off. I usually rely on park reports from Scoob before I drive to Corsham. Might chance it tonight tho. I need another evening of failing to do anything significant on a stunt-plank :(

I was working in Bath in the morning, and needed to give my daughter a lift home (she goes to City of Bath college) so it made sense, twas a good session, I think the 3 months off of bowl riding caused some kind of weird 'Bum Cramp' lol, but dont worry Tony I wont be mentioning it again :? and Lecky it's fine now if you or anyone else fancies Sunday morning.

Never been there mate - thought you were talking about Hengrove for a minute. Found the pics below - looks a bit street plaza - bit pointless for me seeing as my ollie won't get me up a curb, let alone anything higher

Looking good mate - a little stiff perhaps...you're normal flowing motion is looking a little stilted but pretty fucking impressive for someone who just recovered from surgery. Fucking typical - the bloke with only one good leg can still skate much better than me
