Slalom up north???

For those with over 40 inches of equipment

Slalom up north???

Any pointers where to start North of the border? It all seems to be Southern based. I'm thinking clubs etc or usual meets.

Not really man, apart from London events it's pretty few and far between...

Moonshine, Type-S, Bronson, the Indy's are needed on another board so looking to get some 149 Thunders on there.

Now I'm really confused.

Why confused? Isn't it obvious?

Ha! I must've had 2 threads open, closed a tab and posted in the wrong one... Apologies.

There's very little going on in slalom up north, I got sick of not having anyone to skate with so ended up selling my setups a while back, but if you're ever in the Cumbria area give me a shout and I'm sure we can sort out some sort of giant slalom/longboard course for a laugh.

I'm in UIverston, just outside of Barrow.

Let us know when you're coming and what you want to skate, there's a small indoor, a couple of concrete bits and a park for some mild slopes. It gets more interesting about an hour out, in fact there's a wee downhill race on the 18th.

Thanks for the heads up, although I'm not as far north as you.
