Good indoor park to hire?

I'm think about hiring an indoor park for my birthday and asking a few people along, but does anyone have any good suggestions?

It can't be too far from Bristol, say within a couple of hours or so..

So far been thinking of the Boardroom in Leicester (you can book Saturday evenings) and maybe mount hawke?

Anyone have any experience of them?

Not until February, so I've got a bit of notice..

Check out Motion first Phil, I have heard Tom has moved the skatepark into the warehouse next door and has or will be opening everyday, it may possibly be more skate friendly now.
and can I come?

How far is UNIT1 Rochester from Brizzle?

I know they private hire but distance may be the shit in the sandwich.
Is this where I am supposed to write something witty?

If you want the Boardroom Phil, you need to get in quick as we are nearly fully booked for Feb.

Bit late on this one but for what it's worth:
Don't think Mount Hawke do private hires but Prime in Plymouth do, Sunday nights are favourite as they finish the normal sessions earlyish.
You could probably get 5-9 for your do.
Other nights they have normal sessions until at least 9. Unless you want to do it one morning. :?

Re: Good indoor park to hire?

Dunno if you got a reservation for a park sorted yet but I know Ferndale (about 35 mins from Cardiff) do private hire. I've not actually skated it myself but I've been told it's a good park?

Re: Good indoor park to hire?

Ferny is a good park ish. It's fun but not worth travelling from Bristol to really. I live about 40 mins away and rarely go unless desperate for a skate in the dry. The bowl is all wrong. Mini is really nice though

Re: Good indoor park to hire?

Right - this is all go for the 26th Feb 6-9, then I'll be probably off for a beer somewhere..

If any of the Filton Friday Club, or other MASers fancy coming along, send me a PM with you name and I'll add it to the list, there should be a few free spots left.
