Oops that was me I was going to post a simplified guide but forgot what Flickr codes are offered then my browser crashed or something.

Well I rarely use FLickr any more anyway. But the easy way is to right click a photo 'copy image location/URL' and then paste it in here, highlight the whole thing then hit the [IMG] buton so the end result is:
