Re: knees (again)

Not calling you fat, but the best thing I did for my knees was losing a bit of weight.

Have you tried stretching? Might loosen the connective tissue a bit and stop it from locking up.

Get well soon!

Have you tried wearing woman's stockings?

Probably won't help your knees much but they make your legs feel silky smooth..

I have it on good authority that brown paper and paraffin oil is the only cure for a contrary leg.

Haven't got any solutions, but I'm monitoring a similar problem.

Since losing weight, I've been having to wear thermals in bed! Otherwise my legs are like concrete in the colder mornings. As I road run, early midweek mornings, that can be troublesome. Are you warm enough in bed?

I had a verruca for a year. Didn't bother treating it. I noticed that I started getting a knee 'twist' on the same leg. I think I've been avoiding weighting that foot because of the verruca. So now I'm treating it... guess what, running is better, I think my knee is getting better too.

Caffeine. I've noticed that cutting down on caffeine seems to increase my flexiness. That might be unconnected, but I feel it is...

Good luck.
