Dungarees!

I swear that skating regularly is starting to jog my memory of stuff that has been lost to me for donkeys, but sometimes it is the weirdest stuff that comes back. Today I had a flashback to the mid/late 70's. I am sure there was a brief time when nearly everyone was wearing dungarees? I went for a weeks skating holiday in Brighton, every other bod looked like summat out of Dexys Midnight Runners (but way before Dexys existed) Did I imagine it? Time for a revival? or does anyone over 20 wearing dungarees look like a social worker or an adult baby :)

Yeah it's mentioned in rolling through the decades. Because of having constant hipper scabs the waistband of jeans would chafe so dungarees became popular. :)

I notice no replies from James (Davies, of this parish), who has been supressing any talk of PINK dungarees for the best part of 30 years now. There must be photos somewhere...
