I can appreciate the fuck Nike thing but... a couple of b&w photographs collaged together and ink-outlined in photoshop like they were xeroxed aren't exactly what I look forward in a 'limited edition' deck... my opinion...

Fair enough mate, the hardlined militant, satanic scene isn't my bag either. Its a big deck though and from a notts company. A friend of mine rides for them so I am representing;-) Their other decks have been pretty nice to be honest though-if you can get past the strange need to have inverted crosses everywhere:-S

Well the company isn't run by satanists - I'm just fucking about. The designs remind me of the Witchcraft stuff - on the death metal, occultish vibe....Iron Column does actually seem like a pretty interesting little set up. Heavily into the alternative music scene, supportive of not for profit skate organisations and charities etc and picking up some good skaters on it's team.

My point about the imagery is simply that it is strange how often occultish, satanic designs are used in skateboarding - more so in the 80's and 90's but definitely a big scene for it now. Companies like Witchcraft, Heathen, Iron Column (all UK) and Creature are heavy on this vibe. Then there is Lord (BMX stuff I believe) whose logo is an inverted cross... I have a Lord T-shirt but it upset my christian auntie so I just wear it in bed now and when sacrificing virgins to the cloven hooved master:D

Oh and the back patch would get you kicking unless you were riding a Harley through a pit of fire, naked biker chicks draped over you as you head further into oblivion. I sent mine back after getting a beating down at my local park though on my scooter.
