Any Canadians around?

Seems like the last time someone posted in these back woods of this forum was sometime in 2012, which was an awful movie by the way. I highly recommend you avoid it.

Anyway, just sitting here in Calgary Alberta wanting to meet up with some cool people, instead of riding and flailing by myself.

There are a few skate parks in town, and some cool street spots,... Just looking for a group of ragtag individuals who might scrape me off the cement occasionally, and I could do the same for you.

It's difficult to find other MAS here. Any suggestions?

I'm in the right side of the country but still far, in Vancouver. The over 40 and still skating group on facebook has almost 5,000 old farts from all over.

I quit facebook years ago. It's all about the insta-snap-twitter-vine-tumblr-iscope now.

But if you have a link to the Facebook over 40 page I can stalk from my g/f's Facebook.

Halfway between Van & Cow in Nelson. I find you run into more like-aged types at odd times for the younger crowd (ie. early)

Nelson rules. I spend a lot of time in Golden, Revy, and Rossland.

Yeah, Nelson is a great place as is Revy, Golden and Rossland. I suspect snow is involved? I usually snowboard at least 60 times a season.
